Norway: Semi-Final Two Participants Revealed

Norwegian broadcaster NRK have now announced the next four semi-finalists. They will compete in the upcoming semi-final, where one artist will qualify to the final. The remaining artists will compete again in a second chance round.

Six artists are pre-qualified for the Grand Final, and they are as follows:

  • KEiiNO – Monument

The song will be released on Friday 15 January and will be performed during Semi Final 1 on 16 January.

  • TIX –Ut Av Mørket

The song will be released on Friday 15 January and will be performed during Semi Final 1 on 16 January.

  • Stavangerkameratene – Barndomsgater

The song will be released on Friday 22 January and will be performed during Semi Finale 2 on 23 January.

  • Kaja Rode –Feel Again

The song will be released on Friday 29 January and will be performed during Semi Finale 3 on 30 January.

  • Atle Petterson – Word On Fire

The song will be released on Friday 5 January and will be performed during Semi Final 4 on 6 February.

  • Rein Alexander – Eyes Wide Open

The song will be released on Friday 12 February and will be performed during Semi Finale 5 on 13 February.

The four artists competing in the second semi-final are:

Fans will recognise two names in the line-up, the first being former Eurovision representative Ketil Stokkan, who represented the nation in 1986 with the song ‘Romeo’ which finished in 12th, and then in 1990 with the song ‘Brandenburger Tor’ which finished in joint last. Raylee participated in Melodi Grand Prix in 2020 with the song Wild.

The remaining semi-finalists will be revealed prior to their semi-finals.
